Relaxation Yoga – Beginner’s to Experienced Yogi’s

Relaxation yoga is a gentle, slow class with easy movements to stabilise and mobilise the body. The first half of the class will take you through foundational yoga postures releasing tension preparing the mind and body for an optimal experience of stillness. The second half of class explores various approaches to mindfulness, meditation relaxation, allowing each student to experience ease and deep relaxation. Newbies are empowered with posture modification options suitable for a range of mobility levels and body types.

This slow and easy to follow class is perfect for the absolute beginner, injury management, the experienced yogi or those who just want to relax and unwind.

Ocean Flow – Moderate Fitness Level

Ocean Flow is a Vinyasa (flowing) style of yoga designed revitalise and energise. Synchronising breath to movement you will explore the body’s healthy range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace, power and strength.
This class is suited to those with a moderate fitness level.

Energy Flow – Moderate Fitness Level

You will move through flowing sequences of standing poses, twists and backbends along with dynamic and specific core strength movements. Using mindfulness techniques such as pranayama and meditation, this class will deepen your awareness and enhance your happiness and well-being long after you have rolled up your mat.
This class is suited to those with a moderate fitness level.
