Fitzroy Island offers daily family-friendly activities to entertain and engage children aged 5+ years and give parents some well-deserved time out knowing their little ones are in safe hands.
The Fitzroy Island Kids Club is a place to make new friends, create cherished memories and have a whole lot of fun! Our Tours & Activities team are dedicated to providing a fun and safe environment with a range of educational activities that will keep the kids entertained including craft sessions and so much more.

Junior Marine Biologist Program
Available for Day Trip & Resort Guests
Your kids will delve in to the wonders of the underwater world and learn about our beautiful oceans and marine life through a series of fun ‘hands on’ activities with our resident Marine Biologist.
- Duration: Dry session 2.5 hrs, wet session 3 hrs
- Ages: 5+ years
- Cost: $45 per Child
Junior Reef Rangers Club
Dive into discovery and adventure with our Junior Reef Rangers Club! This engaging and educational session is designed especially for kids who love nature, creativity, and hands-on fun. This activity is available daily, and up to 4 hours (4 times a week). Perfect for ages 5–12, the program blends learning and play in a safe, exciting environment—encouraging young minds to connect with the natural world and become little eco-warriors.
- Duration: 2 hours - 4 hours
- Ages: 5-12 years
- Cost: $25 per Child (2 hours)
Fish Feeding on the Jetty
Perfect activity for the whole family! Each morning the activities team offer fish feeding off the Fitzroy Island jetty where you have the chance to encounter Dart Fish, Parrot Fish and Coral Trout to name a few.
- When: Mon, Tue, Thu at 9:30am & Wed, Fri, Sat at 11:30am

Kids Soft Play Area

Our brand new soft play area is the perfect place for kids to climb, crawl, slide, jump and burn off their energy in a safe environment.
Both Kids and Adults will love the beautiful mural inspired by the wildlife and incredible landscapes of Fitzroy Island, designed by our talented staff.
