The one stop sports and activity hire centre on Fitzroy Island.

Explore the magic and diversity of the Great Barrier Reef. Fitzroy Island boasts its own fringing reef, abundant sea life and sea turtles. Fitzroy Island Sports Hub is located in the Resort, close to the reception. Hire services including snorkel gear can be booked on arrival.

Open daily 9:15am to 4.00pm.

We are no longer offering scuba diving. We’re constantly evaluating our activities to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. Our incredible reef can be explored by snorkelling and in our glass bottom boat.

Snorkel Tours

Glass Bottom Boat Tours

Suitable for all ages, this 1 hour guided tour will showcase the coral reefs and marine wildlife surrounding Fitzroy Island, all from the comfort of a glass bottom boat. Make sure to keep an eye out for the local sea turtles that inhabit Welcome Bay!
