With the beautiful Welcome Bay located just by your accommodation, or the award-winning and secluded Nudey Beach a romantic rainforest stroll away, you are spoilt for choice with immaculate sand, a rainforest backdrop and inviting, warm aqua ocean waters, whatever you decide!
Hire a mask, snorkel and fins from the Fitzroy Island Sports Hub (or bring your own if you wish), and enjoy a romantic snorkel straight off the shore onto the exquisite Great Barrier Reef which surrounds the island. You might come across a majestic sea turtle, or perhaps even Nemo (clown fish)!
